Our team brings legacy experience and industry experience to the table. From tenured employees to next generation staff, we have a company with its roots deep in the floral industry. Taking industry knowledge and expanding across the North American landscape we have grown significantly. Jack has over 25 years of experience in design and project coordination in the greenhouse industry. He uses that experience to constantly try to challenge the energy norms – both through mechanical systems and greenhouse design. Jack is a graduate of Mohawk College with a Certified Engineering Technologist designation.

Les Van Egmond

Les Van Egmond grew up in the horticultural industry being involved in the family’s greenhouse early on in life. For many years he worked for a local nursery company specializing in production planning and sourcing products from the local growing community. Les was hire by Westbrook in 2005 and brings to the Westbrook team 17 years of sales, consulting and construction experience.

Gord Van Egmond grew up in a family greenhouse business and went on to building greenhouse structures before coming to Westbrookto join the sales team in 1996. For the past 27 years Gord has consulted to our American customers to help them grow and expand their business.

Chris Jorritsma

Chris Jorritsma has been in the greenhouse industry for more than 20 years, starting in the greenhouse maintenance and moving into greenhouse construction. Chris is excited to use his knowledge of our structures to grow and expand your business.

Andrew Schooley

Andrew started working in the greenhouse industry as a young kid picking & packing tomatoes and cucumbers. He later became a grower before transitioning to project management and building facilities from the ground up. Andrew has contributed to building some of the largest & most advanced fruit & produce greenhouses in North America, having worked for both industry leading operators and manufacturers before joining the Westbrook family in Q2 2025.
